1. No Refund After Project Initiation
Once the project development has started — including but not limited to design, coding, research, or content creation — no refunds will be issued, regardless of the project's stage or scope.
2. Advance Payments
Any advance payment made to initiate a project is non-refundable. This payment secures our time and resources, and covers the initial planning and communication involved.
3. Exceptional Cases
Refunds may only be considered in exceptional cases before the development phase begins and only at the sole discretion of dwork IT Solutions. If approved, a refund may be issued after deducting administrative and consultation charges.
4. Client Responsibilities
To ensure a smooth development process, clients are expected to:
- Provide timely feedback and required materials
- Review deliverables promptly
- Clearly communicate expectations and changes
Delays or dissatisfaction caused by lack of communication or unclear input will not be grounds for a refund.
5. Project Cancellation
If a project is cancelled by the client after it has begun, the client is liable to pay for the portion of work already completed, even if the project is not finalized. No refunds will be processed for payments already made.
