• You must pay for all completed work and work in progress
• We will provide any agreed-upon deliverables up to that point
• Ongoing access to hosted or maintained services may be discontinued

We may revise these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website with the effective date. Continued use of our services means you accept any updates.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Nepal. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Kathmandu, Nepal.
